I never said, &lsquo;Who cares?&rsquo; even if that detail seemed insignificant to most people.&rdquo; </em>It was 2015, and in his Milan apartment <strong>Giorgio Armani </strong>was sharing with me some of the principles that had guided him throughout his long career and, more importantly, his life. <strong><em data-start="570" data-end="584">King Giorgio</em> has passed away at the age of 91</strong>, after a <strong>50-year career</strong> spent revolutionizing contemporary style and building a global empire with revenues of &euro;2.35 billion.</p>
<p data-start="747" data-end="1446" style="text-align: justify;">Leafing through the pages of <em data-start="776" data-end="788">L'OFFICIEL</em>, one can trace the deep and enduring bond between the magazine&mdash;founded over a century ago&mdash;and the designer from Piacenza, who became a global symbol of <em data-start="941" data-end="956">Made in Italy</em>. This connection culminated in a special cover by <em data-start="1007" data-end="1025">L'OFFICIEL Paris</em> celebrating his first 25 years in business. From that cover to today, Armani&rsquo;s journey has been marked by landmark achievements: his couture debut with the Armani Priv&eacute; collection, the opening of Armani Hotels, and the inauguration of the Armani/Silos museum in Milan&mdash;his gift to himself on the brand&rsquo;s 40th anniversary, to name just a few. A precise path, always faithful to the founding aesthetic codes of the house.</p>
<p data-start="1448" data-end="1856" style="text-align: justify;">&ldquo;For me, loyalty is a fundamentally important value, whether in love or in work. The things I hold passionately dear are enduring and deeply rooted: consistency has marked my entire life. This applies both professionally and creatively.
